Our cuisine is colorful, delicious and always highlights what is at the peak of its season. Chef J. Fleming will personally work with clients to customize their menu, inspired by the season or the event. Signature dishes include roasted lobster, seafood and tasty aphrodisiacs during your cocktail hour.

Jason Fleming is our head Chef based in the U.S Virgin islands, and serves the U.S Virgin Islands and has travelled to Europe, Mexico, USA and Africa to cater for weddings, parties and private yacht catering. With more than 20 years’ experience under his belt, Chef J. Fleming prides himself in his attention to detail with top quality taste and top quality food. Chef J. Fleming has catered for the Governor of the U.S Virgin Islands, Governor John DeJohngh, Senators in the U.S Virgin Islands, and more recently Dr. Ben Carson.
